People in the UK are reporting widespread issues with internet outages among several providers.
According to DownDetector, more than 130,000 reports have been made on outages of coverage with Vodafone’s broadband and mobile coverage.
Thousands have also reported problems with Sky, BT, Virgin Media, EE and others.
It is unclear what has caused the outage.
Customers began reporting issues around 3pm on Monday.
Vodafone said in a statement it was aware of a “major issue on our network affecting broadband, 4G and 5G services”.
“We appreciate our customers’ patience while we work to resolve this as soon as possible,” the company said.
Customers also had issues accessing the company’s own website, which was knocked by the outage.
The telecoms firm has more than 18 million customers in the UK, including around 700,000 home broadband customers.
Users of the Voxi mobile operator, which is also owned by Vodafone, also reported issues about its service.
