ScotRail has tailored its upcoming services for Swifties ahead of the US star’s three-night run of sold out shows in Edinburgh.
The train operator announced that extra carriages as well as additional late-night services will be added to routes heading to and from the capital.
Thousands of fans are set to descend on the capital when Miss Americana brings her record-breaking Eras Tour to Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium over three nights from June 7 to June 9.
Additional late-night services will operate from Edinburgh to Glasgow, Dundee, Dunblane, and Perth, with the final service departing Edinburgh for Glasgow Queen Street being 00.12am.
ScotRail trains serving the capital will also be increased throughout the day, with additional carriages and seats on afternoon trains throughout Fife and the Borders.
Haymarket station is also expected to be much busier than normal in the afternoon and early evening with concertgoers using the station.
The train operating company added that ScotRail staff have also made friendship bracelets to share with customers as they pass through Haymarket on the way to the concert.
Customers travelling by rail are encouraged to buy return tickets through the mTicket system on the ScotRail app, where they will become available on a mobile device and reduce the likelihood of queueing on the day of travel.
Fans have also been reminded that journeys may take longer for some due to scheduled engineering works taking place on June 9.
Bus replacement services will be in place between West Calder and Glasgow Central.
Phil Campbell, ScotRail customer operations director, said: “It will be fantastic to see so many people travel to Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium to see Taylor Swift, and ScotRail is delighted to be able to add more seats and extra late-night trains to help fans enjoy the occasion.
“We’re encouraging customers to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel to and from Edinburgh.
“Buying return tickets in advance on the ScotRail app or website will minimise your need to queue, and help your day run smoothly.”
