Scottish Hollywood star Karen Gillan joined the Tartan Army in a Proclaimers sing-along before Scotland’s World Cup opener.
The Inverness-born Marvel Avenger was making her way to the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts to watch the historic win over Haiti on Saturday.
She posted a video of herself on Instagram singing to “500 Miles ” by the Proclaimers in the back of a car, when two members of the Tartan Army decided to join in with the anthem.
The footage ends with the ex-Doctor Who companion shouting, ” Let’s go, Scotland”.
Gillan was among millions of Scots around the world who watched John McGinn put an end to a 36-year wait for a victory on the global stage.
Scotland currently top the group above five-time champions Brazil and African footballing giants Morocco.
