The price of a pint of Guinness and a bottle of Smirnoff vodka is set to go up from April.
Pub goers looking to enjoy a pint of the stout will have to pay around 4p more as the cost of Guinness Draught will rise by 5.2% from April 1.
It comes after drinks giant Diageo confirmed its wholesale prices are set to rise.
Meanwhile, the list price of a standard bottle of 70cl Smirnoff will go up by 13p.
Other brands such as Baileys, Guinness 0.0, Guinness Microdraught and Guinness Draught in a can will not be affected by the hike.
The average price of a pint of Guinness in the UK is £5.21, according to Diageo.
A Diageo spokesperson said: “Like all businesses, Diageo must carefully manage the rising cost of doing business through regular pricing review of our products.
“We have kept today’s cost price increase to a minimum, reflecting the rising costs in our supply chain.
“This increase allows Diageo to continue investing in our brands to bring high-quality stout and spirits to market, and to support investment in initiatives to drive mutual growth for our customers across the hospitality sector.”
