Scotland has recorded 283 positive coronavirus tests in the past 24 hours, the latest figures show.
A total of 227,012 people have now tested positive in Scotland, up from 226,729 the previous day.
A note on the Scottish Government Covid-19 website said today’s figures include cases affected by data flow issues on Wednesday.
“On 5 May, Public Health Scotland were aware of a data flow issue from UK Government testing sites,” it said.
No new deaths have been recorded and the total number of fatalities under this daily measure – of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days – remains at 7660.
The daily test positivity rate is 0.9%, up from 0.8% yesterday, and there are 58 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus, with 11 patients in intensive care.
A total of 2,860,635 people have received their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine and 1,400,296 have received their second dose.
