Heavy rain, strong winds and snow is set to batter parts of Scotland with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning.
The alert, which comes into force at 9am on Saturday, covers much of central Scotland, including Glasgow and Edinburgh, and the Borders.
Forecasters have warned that rainfall may lead to flooding and travel disruption in some parts. There is also a chance that some of the rain will fall as snow on higher ground.
The warning will expire at 6am on Sunday.

Between 20-40mm of rain is expected to fall widely, with some locations possibly seeing 75-100mm
From mid-Saturday onwards, increasingly strong gusty winds and perhaps some thunder will also accompany the rainfall, further increasing the risk of disruption.
The Met Office warned that during the alert there is a small chance of fast flowing or deep floodwater causing danger to life.
