A coach and a lorry crashed off a road and overturned during Storm Chandra.

On Tuesday morning, the HGV collided with and smashed through a barrier on the side of the A82 around Loch Tulla in high winds.

The bus came off the road and flipped onto its side.

BEAR Scotland, which manages roads in the north west of the country, said that “thankfully” there were no reported injuries.

Several flood warnings are in place across much of the country on Wednesday.

A flood alert was declared in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City on Wednesday morning, with SEPA warning that flooding to low-lying land and roads is likely to cause disruption following recent heavy rain.

In Tayside, a flood alert was also issued, with a flood warning in place for areas including Aberbothrie, Bridge of Ruthven, Carse of Lennoch, Innerpeffray, Kemphill, and the River Isla at Coupar.

Dundee and Angus are also affected by a flood alert, with Finavon and Tannadice hit with a flood warning alongside Kinnaird and the Bridge of Dun.
