iStockAldi has recalled a pack of Christmas party food over allergy fears.
The Food Standards Agency issued an alert over the discount supermarket’s Mozzerella Sticks in Blankets due to “undeclared egg” in the product.
The warning has been issued as the party food pack could pose a risk to those with an egg allergy.
The 278g pack size with a use-by date of December 15 is affected by the recall.
Customers who have purchased the affected pack are urged not to eat the product and return it to their nearest Aldi store for a full refund.
