The Scottish Parliament has removed the ability to search for MSPs by gender on its website.
It comes after two transgender MSPs, Iris Duane and Q Manivannan from the Scottish Greens, were elected earlier this month.
Officials removed the gender filter from the website this week.
The Scottish Parliament said the online filter function on its website was a “legacy system” and that steps have been taken to remove it as part of a review into systems and processes.
A Scottish Parliament spokesperson: “The review will also consider what personal information on Members we need to publish and in what format.”
