Nicola Sturgeon is speaking in Holyrood as the UK continues to suffer financial turmoil in the wake of a tax-slashing mini-budget.
She will answer questions on the recent fall in the value of sterling and its impact on the finances of the Scottish Government.
The First Minister is expected to be asked about further delays and increasing costs of two ferries being built by the nationalised Ferguson Marine shipyard.
Sturgeon will also be asked what preparation the Scottish Government is making to cope with the anticipated pressures on the NHS this winter.
There will also be a question on what support is being made available to the 372 members of staff affected by the Arjowigiins papermill at Stoneywood in Aberdeen entering administration.
