Humza Yousaf is delivering his last FMQs before Holyrood goes into recess for Christmas.
It’s the first time he will take questions from MSPs since unveiling the Scottish Government’s budget on Tuesday.
The Tories have been critical of the SNP’s decision to increase taxes for higher earners.
Conservatives accused the SNP of failing to focus on growing the economy.
Labour has also been critical saying the budget means Scots are paying more and getting less.
Finance secretary Shona Robison said she had to make tough decisions to clear a £1.5bn deficit and criticised Westminster’s funding settlement.
