Getty ImagesA woman has been charged after a video of a child allegedly driving a car in Aberdeenshire was shared on social media.
Police have arrested and charged a 31-year-old woman in connection with the incident.
The force said they were made aware of the video circulating on social media appearing to show a child behind the wheel of a car in the Peterhead area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Following the circulation of a video on social media of a child driving a car in the Peterhead area a 31-year-old woman has been arrested and charged and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
