British Transport Police (BTP) are appealing for witnesses after a man assaulted, grabbed, and threatened a woman on a train near Perth.
The assault took place on board a train between Perth station and Montrose station between 8.30pm and 10.30pm on Wednesday, September 25.
Officers said the man physically assaulted a woman and threatened her with violence before grabbing her clothing.
He is described as white, in his sixties, and of a slim build.
A BTP statement read: “Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 682 of September 25.
“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
