Two sheep have died after a dog attacked them at a home in Aberdeenshire on Friday.
Emergency services were called to a property in Kintore at around 2.35pm following reports of four sheep being attacked by a dog.
Police Scotland has confirmed that two of the sheep died as a result of the incident.
An investigation was conducted, and advice was provided.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.35pm on Friday, December 12, 2025, we received a report of a dog attacking four sheep at a property in Kintore, Inverurie.
“Two sheep died as a result.
“Enquiries were carried out and advice was given. Any further information received will be investigated.”
