Two men have been arrested following an alleged assault near a trampoline park in Dundee.

Emergency services were called to the Gilburn Road area, close to Ryze – Xtreme Air Sports, after receiving reports of a disturbance at around 5am on Monday morning.

Medical teams transported a 27-year-old man to Ninewells Hospital for treatment following the incident. Officers arrested a 34-year-old and 40-year-old man in connection with the attack.

An investigation into the disturbance is ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5am on Monday, September 30, 2024 we were called to a report of a disturbance and assault in the Gillburn Road area of Dundee.

“A 27-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital by ambulance.

“Two men, aged 34 and 40, were arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries are ongoing.”
