Two men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Aberdeen on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to Ash Hill Place at around 9.35pm following reports of a disturbance.
A 42-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment after he was allegedly stabbed.
Officers arrested a 22-year-old man and 20-year-old man in connection. However, they were released pending further enquiries.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the attack is still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.35pm on Thursday, December 19, 2024, we received a report of a disturbance on Ash Hill Place, Aberdeen.
“Emergency services attended and a 42-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
“Two men aged 22 and 20 were arrested in connection and released pending further enquiries.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
