Three people have appeared in court charged with killing a “deeply loved” dad in Aberdeen eight months ago.
Police were called to a report of the death of 44-year-old David Prystajko at a property on Marquis Road on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
On Sunday, police confirmed two men and a woman have now been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
Radoslaw Ferbes, 23, Daniel Mlynarski, 28, and Ewa Marzec, 43, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, charged with the culpable homicide of Mr Prystajko.
All three made no plea, were committed for further examination and remanded in custody. They will next appear in court within eight days.
‘In our hearts forever’
Following his death, Mr Prystajko’s family described him as a “deeply loved father, son and brother”.
In a statement they said: “He was a caring and loving person, and the grief experienced due to this unexpected loss has been unimaginable.
“There has not been a single day that David has been out of our thoughts, and he will remain in our hearts forever. We continue to wake everyday with horrible thoughts and feelings, caused by his loss.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Police Scotland for their dedication in the enquiry and for the support they have provided our family throughout this incredibly traumatic time.
“As we continue to grieve, we kindly ask that our family’s privacy be respected while we allow the legal process to take its course.”
