Three police officers hurt trying to break-up party

Four men and two women have been charged in connection with the gathering at a home in Aberdeen.

Three police officers required hospital treatment after attending reports of a gathering at a home in Aberdeen.

The party at a property on Sluie Drive, Dyce, was reported to Police Scotland at around 9.45pm on Saturday.

Officers attended and three suffered injuries and were taken to hospital but were later discharged.

Four men and two women were arrested and charged, to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

A 39-year-old man appeared and made no plea to two charges under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Kevin McDonald also faced a charge under coronavirus regulations. He was released on bail.
