iStockA teenager has been charged in connection with an assault and robbery at a shop in Aberdeen.
The incident occurred at a city centre retailer during the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A male allegedly stole a quantity of alcohol from licenced premises.
A 25-year-old male employee was also allegedly assaulted but did not require medical treatment.
Officers have arrested and charged an 18-year-old man in connection. He was expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.
