Search launched after 'out of character' disappearance of Perth woman

A search has been launched following the “out of character” disappearance of a woman from Perth on Tuesday.

Samantha Osuch was last seen in the Rannoch Road area, around 7.55am, and is believed to still be in the Perth area.

The 37-year-old is described as being white, around 5ft 10in, with long fair/blonde hair, and is believed to be wearing a black hat, black jacket, light coloured jeans and black trainers.

Inspector Neil Hunter said: “It is completely out of character for Samantha to go missing or to not contact her family and friends for this length of time, and there are growing concerns for her welfare.

“We would ask anyone with any information on her whereabouts to urgently contact police on 101, quoting incident 0065 of January 21, 2026.”
