Police have traced a 90-year-old woman with dementia who went missing in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Annie Traynor was last seen around 1am on Thursday in the Seafield Road area of Broughty Ferry near Dundee.

Police confirmed later on Thursday morning she had been traced.

Officers thanked members of the public for sharing their appeal.
