iStockA road in Aberdeenshire has been closed following a two-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called to the A947 north of Fyvie after reports of the collision at around 1.30pm on Thursday.
The nature of any injuries are not known.
Police remain on the scene. Drivers have been urged to avoid the area.
“The A947 is closed north of Fyvie in Aberdeenshire following a crash involving two vehicles, reported to us around 1.30pm on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
“Emergency services are in attendance, and motorists should use an alternative route.”
