A pedestrian has been struck by a lorry in Elgin.
Police were called to the scene on Birnie Road at around 10am on Tuesday.
Officers have said the road adjacent to the golf course will remain closed “for some time” while enquires take place.
The condition of the pedestrian is currently unknown.
“Officers are in attendance following a crash involving a HGV and a pedestrian on Birnie Road in Elgin which was reported around 10am on Tuesday.
“The road adjacent to the golf course is closed and will be for some time.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
