An investigation has been launched after a Dundee flat close was deliberately set alight on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to a property on Fleming Gardens East at around 8.45am after a fire was discovered in the common close.
The blaze was extinguished by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. There were no reports of any injuries.
Investigators are now searching for the individuals responsible.
Detective Constable Mentiply of CID said: “The fire is being treated as suspicious and our enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0728 of Thursday, June 5, 2025.”
