Police will be carrying out patrols around an area of Aberdeenshire after complaints of dangerous and antisocial parking.
The action will take place throughout May in Garioch, with a particular focus on the Inverurie, Westhill, Kemnay and Newmachar areas.
It comes after complaints of antisocial parking, particularly around schools at drop-off and pick-up times.
Officers will look to engage with the public and educate motorists, with enforcement carried out where necessary.
Constable Graham Hill said: “We understand that parking continues to be an issue of concern in our local communities, particularly around schools at drop-off and pick-up times.
“I would urge people to park responsibly with consideration for the needs of the public and other road users.
“It is important that people take personal responsibility when parking their vehicle.”
