An investigation is under way after the body of a man was discovered in an Aberdeen city centre flat.
Emergency services were called to the home on Urquhart Road shortly after midnight on Wednesday.
Police Scotland said a 51-year-old man had died and that inquiries into his death were ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.10am on Wednesday, November 10, officers were called to a property on Urquhart Road, Aberdeen following the death of a 51-year-old man.
“The circumstances around the death are currently being investigated.”
