Police are investigating a “deliberate” fire at Dyce Primary School in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to the grounds near to Gordon Terrace at around 7.25pm on Thursday.
Two appliances from SFRS extinguished a pallet fire and left the scene at around 7.50pm.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Police confirmed the fire is being treated as wilful and an investigation is ongoing.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 7.25pm on Thursday, September 25, to reports of a fire within school grounds near to Gordon Terrace, Dyce.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances and firefighters extinguished a pallet fire in the open.
“There were no reported casualties and firefighters left the scene at 7.50pm after ensuring the area was made safe.”
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 7.50pm on Thursday, September 25, 2025, police were made aware of a fire at a school on Gordon Terrace, Aberdeen.
“Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. There were no reports of any injuries.
“The fire is being treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
