Police are appealing for information as a woman remains in hospital three weeks on from a two-vehicle crash in Perth and Kinross.

Police were called to the B191 near Mawcarse at around 6pm on Wednesday, July 17, following a crash involving a a grey Vauxhall Mokka and a black Audi A6.

Three people were taken to hospital following the incident, including the 40-year-old male driver of the Audi and 62-year-old male driver of the Vauxhall. Both were later released following treatment.

A 59-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the Vauxhall, remains in hospital more than three weeks on from the crash.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area at the time to come forward.

Constable Greig Wilkie, Tayside Road Policing, said: “I’m appealing to anyone who saw the crash or the vehicles prior to it, to come forward.

“Were you in the area at the time and remember seeing the cars? Do you have dashcam footage which could help our investigation? Please get in touch if you do.

“Anyone with information is urged to contact us on 101 quoting reference 3103 of 17 July, 2024.”
