Fire crews have raced to the scene on the A90 in Angus after a bus burst into flames.
Police Scotland confirmed that the road had been closed down at Brechin around 5.20pm.
No injuries have been reported as a result.
The vehicle was a reportedly a Megabus coach travelling from Aberdeen to Glasgow.
Fubar NewsA Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The A90 at Brechin is currently closed due to a bus fire. Emergency services are on the scene.
“There are no reports of any injuries. The road is closed in both directions and diversions are in place.”
Megabus UK and Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been approached for comment.
