The family of a man missing from Perth for nearly a week say they won’t give up in the search for him.
Declyn Cunningham, 30, was last seen at Smeaton’s Bridge in Perth around 4.45am on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
He is around 5ft 11in, with a shaved head. He has several tattoos, including one on the back of his neck.
When last seen, he was wearing black trousers, a black coat, and a beanie-style hat.
Declan’s family said: “This unimaginable week has almost passed and it’s never been clearer how much you are loved and adored by so many.
“At this time of year, we all have the same Christmas wish of you returning home to us. We love you unconditionally Dec.
“Our family would like to thank all the efforts, response and overwhelming support from all who are helping in the search to bring Declyn home to us. We are forever grateful and will not give up until you are home.”
Sergeant Lindsay Brown said: “It has been almost a week since Declyn was last seen and we are aware how difficult this continues to be for his family and friends, especially over the festive period.
“Despite extensive searches and enquiries involving specialist teams and partner agencies, Declyn remains missing. We continue to review all available information and will act on any new details which come to light.
“I would again urge anyone who has not yet spoken to police, or who may have even the smallest piece of information, to get in touch. No detail is too minor and may assist with our enquiries.”
Anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 0654 of December 18, 2025.
