Google MapsA person has been charged after reports of a man exposing himself at a popular dog-walking spot in Arbroath.
Officers were alerted to the incident at Springfield Park in Arbroath, which took place between the hours of 8.30am and 11am on December 29.
An appeal was launched to trace the man shortly after.
Police confirmed a 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.
He man is due to appear at Forfar Sheriff Court on Friday, January 3.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
