An elderly man is in a serious condition in hospital after being hit by a van in Perth on Tuesday afternoon.
At around 2.20pm on July 25, the 94-year-old was involved in a crash with a white Ford Transit Custom 2800 van on King Edward Street in the city.
Emergency services rushed the elderly pedestrian by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee where his condition is described as serious but stable.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to get in touch as they investigate the circumstances of the crash.
Sergeant Brian McEwen said: “Our enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who saw what happened but has not yet spoken to officers, to get in touch.
“If you can assist please call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1823 of Tuesday, July 25, 2023.”
