iStockA road near the A90 has been closed after a fire broke out near a village in Perth and Kinross.
Police Scotland confirmed the road was shut between Monks Walk and the A90 near Errol after the blaze broke out on Monday morning.
Members of the public are being urged to avoid the area.
A Police Scotland statement read: “The road between Monks Walk and the A90 is closed due to a fire.
“Please avoid the area.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has been contacted for comment.
