A manhunt is underway for a biker who crashed a reportedly stolen motorcycle on Friday.

Emergency services were called to North Anderson Drive in Aberdeen at around 12.10pm following reports of a one-vehicle collision.

Prior to the arrival of police, the rider had left the scene.

An investigation is ongoing to identify the individual. Those with information are urged to contact police.

A spokesperson from the force said: “Around 12.10pm on Friday, February 7 2025, police were called following a single-vehicle road crash on North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen.

“The rider of the reportedly stolen motorbike ran off prior to police attendance.

“Enquiries are ongoing to trace him and anyone with any information, or dash-cam footage of the incident which may assist, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference CR/0050531/25.”
