Man wanted over cannabis farm 'could be living in Scotland'

A man wanted in connection with a cannabis farm could be living in Scotland, Merseyside Police have said.

Andrew Armstrong, 37, is wanted in connection with a drugs offence after disappearing six years ago.

He failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court in relation to a cannabis farm found in Birkdale, Southport in 2017.

Officers trying to trace him have renewed their appeal for anyone with information to come forward.

Police say that he has connections to Bootle and Southport in Sefton.

They also said that he has links to Fife, and is believed to live in the area.

Armstrong has been described as white, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair and green eyes.
