A man was taken to hospital and an arrest was made following an incident at a business park in Rosyth.
Police were called to Castle Road, in Rosyth Business Park, at around 10.50am on Thursday after receiving reports of a disturbance.
Emergency services took a 46-year-old man to hospital as a “precaution”.
His current condition is unknown.
Officers confirmed a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident amid ongoing enquiries.
Pictures from the scene show multiple police vans and cars, including the dog unit, parked outside the premises.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 10.50am on Thursday, November 17, to a report of a disturbance in a premises at Castle Road, Rosyth Business Park, Rosyth.
“A 46-year-old man was taken to hospital by ambulance as a precaution.
“A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
