A man has been taken to hospital after being assaulted outside a nightclub in Perth.
Emergency services were called to Mill Street at around 3.35am on Friday after receiving reports of a disturbance.
A 49-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.
His current condition is unknown.
Officers have now launched an appeal for witnesses as investigations into the assault continue.
Detective sergeant Jennifer Doe of CID in Perth said: “We are reviewing CCTV in an effort to establish who was responsible.
“We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area or any motorists who may have dash-cam footage that could assist our investigation.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 0352 of March 17, 2023.”
