FubarA man has been rushed to hospital after a blaze broke out in an Aberdeenshire business park.
Fire crews were deployed to Midmill Business Park in the Tumulus Way area of Kintore at around 10.40am on Saturday March 29.
Plumes of black smoke can be seen billowing from a warehouse fire in images shared on social media.
Eight appliances were sent to the scene, Scottish Fire and Rescue confirm.
FubarA statement from Police Scotland read: “Emergency services are responding to a fire at an industrial unit in the Tumulus Way area of Kintore.
“The incident was reported to police around 10.40am on Saturday, 29 March, 2025.
“One man has been taken to hospital for treatment and emergency services remain at the scene.
“The public are asked to stay away from the area and local residents should keep their windows and doors shut at this time.”
