A man has been charged after an attempted murder and robbery in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to Gardner Road in the Kincorth area of the city at around 5.50am on October 26 following reports of an injured 47-year-old man.
He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with what are described as serious injuries.
Officers arrested a 39-year-old man in connection with the incident. He is due to at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder and attempted robbery in the Kincorth area of Aberdeen.
“Around 5.50am on Sunday, October 26, 2025, we were made aware of an injured man in the Gardner Road area.
“Emergency services attended and a 47-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with what are described as serious injuries.
“The 39-year-old man is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.”
