iStockA man has been charged in connection with a New Year’s Day sex assault at a Dundee nightclub.
The incident occurred at a venue in the Seagate area of the city on January 1, 2026.
Officers have charged a man in connection with the attack just over four months later.
He is due to be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault at a nightclub in the Seagate area of Dundee on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
“He will be the subject of a report to Procurator Fiscal.”
