A man has been arrested and charged over an attempted murder in Fife.
Police were called to South Street in Glenrothes on December 21 just before 7pm to reports of two men being attacked in a car park.
One of the men was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy after suffering serious injuries.
Police Scotland said a 37-year-old man has now been charged over the incident.
He is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday.
