A man, who was previously released after being arrested in connection with a suspicious death in Aberdeen, has now been charged.
Austin Ironside was discovered seriously injured on Skene Street around 3pm on August 3.
The 25-year-old was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he died days later.
Police Scotland said the death is being treated as suspicious following a post-mortem examination.
On Monday, officers confirmed a 46-year-old man was arrested in connection with the death and then released from custody.
However, on Wednesday, officers said the man had been re-arrested and charged in connection with the death.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Police say enquiries remain ongoing and officers are following a positive line of enquiry.
