Fubar NewsA suspect has been charged in connection with an attempted murder at a block of flats in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to Bedford Road in the Kittybrewster area of the city on the afternoon of Sunday, August 1.
Officers found a man injured, who was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The road, which is located close to a busy retail park, was closed as police carried out enquiries in the area.
Police have confirmed a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged and appeared in court this week.
A spokesperson said: “A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Bedford Road, Aberdeen, around 2.40pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
“He was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday, August 5.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
