A man has been charged with a road traffic offence after three people were injured in a crash between a bus and a van.
The incident occurred on the A96 between Elgin and Alves at around 1pm on Tuesday, May 20.
Emergency services attended and three people between the ages of 37 and 60 were taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin for treatment.
A 37-year-old man has since been arrested and charged in connection with the crash and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
