A man has been charged after a pensioner was attacked in the street in Dundee.
Officers were called to the scene at Scotston Gardens, near Craigiebarns Primary School, at around 3.35pm on Wednesday.
The driver of a grey BMW car exited his vehicle and attacked the 82-year-old pedestrian, before leaving the scene.
On Friday, police confirmed that a 32-year-old man had been arrested and charged following the incident.
He was released, and will appear at Dundee Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
