A man has been arrested after police seized cocaine worth thousands after executing warrants at three addresses in Edinburgh.
Officers entered three addresses in the Wester Hailes and Stenhouse areas on Friday.
Police said drugs with an estimated value of around £38,000 were recovered, as well as a “significant” amount of cash and other valuable items.
A 44-year-old man was arrested following the recovery.
The force confirmed that enquiries into the raids are “ongoing”.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Following information from the public, we executed warrants at three addresses in the Wester Hailes and Stenhouse areas of Edinburgh today, Friday, April 12, 2024.
“Drugs with an estimated value of around £38,000, a significant amount of cash and other valuable items were recovered.
“A 44-year-old man was arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.
“We’d like to thank the local community for their support.”
