Armed police were called to a street in Moray following reports of concern for a person during the early hours of Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the Twinning Link area of Forres at around 1.40am.
The incident was contained by officers, and there were no reported injuries.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection. An investigation is still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.40am on Friday, June 6, 2025, we were called to a report of concern for a person at a property in the Twinning Link area of Forres.
“Officers attended and the incident was contained. There were no injuries.
“A 37-year-old man has been arrested in connection. Enquiries are ongoing.”
