Man and woman charged in connection with nursery assault

Two people have been charged in connection with an assault at a nursery in Aberdeenshire.

Police arrested a 32-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman following the alleged incident in Westhill between Friday, July 9 and Wednesday, July 14.

They are due to appear in court at a later date.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with an assault at a nursery in the Westhill area of Aberdeen, which reportedly took place between Friday, 9 July, 2021, and Wednesday, 14 July, 2021.

“The man, aged 32, and a woman, aged 26, are due to appear in court at a later date and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
