An investigation has been launched after a fire broke out in Kirkcaldy.
Emergency services were called to a former restaurant on High Street at around 8.30pm on Sunday.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service dispatched two fire engines initially before firefighters arrived and discovered the ground-floor of a three-storey building well alight too.
Four further appliances dispatched and firefighters extinguished the fire before leaving the scene around 11.39pm.
There were no reports of any injuries.

Enquiries into the blaze are “ongoing”.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 8.30pm on Sunday, March 30, 2025, we received a report of a fire at premises on High Street, Kirkcaldy.
“The fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and there were no reports of any injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the cause of the fire.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 8.23pm on Sunday, March 30, to reports of a commercial building fire at a former restaurant on Thistle Street, Kirkcaldy.
“Operations Control initially mobilised two appliances to the scene and on arrival firefighters found the ground floor of a three-storey building well alight.
“Four further appliances were mobilised, and firefighters worked to extinguish the fire.
“No casualties were reported, and crews left the scene at 11.39pm after ensuring the area was made safe.”
