Growing concern for teenage girl missing from Stonehaven

Concern is growing for a 15-year-old girl last seen in Stonehaven three days ago.

Police Scotland has issued an appeal to trace Angel MacKinlay, who was last seen around 9:45am on Thursday March 5 on Barclay Street in the Aberdeenshire town.

She is believed to frequent the Aberdeen, Dundee and Paisley areas across Scotland.

Angel is a white female, 4 feet 9 inches tall, described as having a brown hair ‘buzz cut’ and was last seen wearing black shorts, black hoodie with a face on the back, black jacket with white embroidered logo and design on the back.

Police Sergeant John McOuat of Stonehaven Police Station said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Angel and would appeal to anyone who knows where she is to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0984 of 5th March 2026.”
